Jotform is one of the broadest products in the category. It can collect payments, create signed documents, build apps, run approval workflows, generate reports and connect to a large integration ecosystem. Its AI can also create and refine forms through natural-language prompts.
So this is not a comparison where MyKayd should pretend to have more features. The more useful question is whether you need Jotform’s breadth, or whether you want a focused form product with far more room on the free plan and stronger emphasis on understanding what respondents are telling you.
